Customer Consent & Authorization

This consent is intended to record a customer's affirmative authorization for the loan-assistance journey.

What I authorize

I authorize Dehun Pay / Dehun India Technology Pvt Ltd to process the information I voluntarily provide for responding to my enquiry, indicative eligibility, lender/product matching, application coordination, document follow-up and customer support, and to share necessary information with relevant banks/NBFCs/service providers for these purposes.

Important understanding

This consent is not a loan sanction.
Final eligibility, APR/ROI, fees, tenure, sanction and disbursement are determined by the lender.
I will not share OTP, PIN or password with Dehun Pay staff/partners.
I may request withdrawal of consent where legally applicable; prior lawful processing remains unaffected.

Electronic record

The application system may record consent version, date/time, Lead ID and submitted contact details as an audit trail.
