These terms govern website-based partner registration. A separate signed commercial agreement may be required before activation or payout.
The partner may introduce genuine prospective borrowers and coordinate permitted preliminary information. The partner must not represent itself as the lender or promise sanction, fixed pricing or guaranteed disbursement.
Customer data may be collected/shared only with proper authority and for the stated loan-assistance purpose. Partners must not request or retain customer OTPs, passwords or card PINs, fabricate documents, charge undisclosed fees, or use coercive/misleading practices.
Partner payout is not guaranteed by registration. Applicable payout, eligibility, reversals/clawbacks, taxes and payment timing are governed by the approved commercial terms for the relevant product/lender/case.
Partner must protect customer, lender and Dehun Pay information and use it only for authorized business purposes. Unauthorized disclosure, resale or reuse is prohibited.
Dehun Pay may suspend or terminate partner access for fraud, misrepresentation, data misuse, customer complaints, lender-policy breach or other material non-compliance, subject to applicable agreement/law.
