Identity/contact details, date of birth, location, employment/business information, income and EMI information, selected loan product, approximate credit-profile information, application/lead details, partner onboarding details, communications and technical logs reasonably required to operate the service.

To respond to enquiries; assess indicative eligibility; assist with lender/product matching; process and follow up loan applications; provide customer support; onboard/manage partners; prevent misuse; maintain audit records; and comply with applicable law.

3. Consent and sharing

Where consent is the basis, it should be specific and affirmative. Necessary information may be shared with relevant banks/NBFCs and service providers for the purpose selected by you. Dehun Pay does not promise sanction merely because data is submitted.

Only information reasonably necessary for the stated purpose should be collected. Sensitive KYC documents should be collected only through approved secure workflows, not ordinary public forms. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards should be used.

5. Retention & withdrawal

Data is retained only for business, audit, legal and dispute-resolution needs. Where processing relies on consent, you may request withdrawal; this does not invalidate processing already lawfully undertaken and may affect continuation of the requested service.
